Digimon Adventure tells the adventures of a group of eight protagonists children, aged between 8 and 11 years, engaged in a fight against all threats involving the digital world, and are helped by their respective digimon. Each of them has a digivice and a proper symbol characterizing his personality. They then meet many forms of digital lives that help them in their quest, such as Gennai, a mysterious and old man composed of digital data guiding the group of digisauveurs in his adventures.
